Olavi serves as the Chairman of the Board and has guided the Consortium to its nearing milestone of the Seal Processing Factory. He is a Food Scientist by profession.

Mr. Panduleni Hamukwaya

Director

Panduleni is an Environmentalist conservationist with a wide range of knowledge, experience and skills in Namibian & Regional environmental systems and natural resources management.

Mr. Salomon Ilovu

Director

Mr. Ilovu is a Human Resources Practioner with a lifelong interest in politics and youth. With experience in mobilizing youth organizations at the grassroots he knows the intricacies of networking and activism.

Mrs. Leefa Ndilula

Director

Leefa is a businesswoman and at a young age started Mwetufayo Investment (Pty) Ltd. She is currently the CEO of the company and the Managing Director of the Sovereign Group and is actively pursuing business opportunities in different sectors of the economy.

Mr. Mwahafar N Ndilula

Director

Mwahafar is an Economist by profession and an active investor. He is currently the Chairman of the Sovereign Group which has interest in investment, banking, fishery, farming etc.

Mr. Julius N Namoloh

Director

Julius is an accountant by profession and currently works for Namibia Statistic Agency (NSA) full time and has previously worked for the National Youth Council (NYC) in the same position.

Mr. Armas Amukwiyu

Director

Armas is a businessman and politician. He is a member of the ruling SWAPO party and is the SWAPO party Regional Coordinator for the Oshikoto region and chairperson of the SWAPO party’s regional coordinator forum.
